The UDDC is pleased to announce the selection of Libby Oseguera as
its next Executive Director. She was able to work extensively with our outgoing Executive Director,
Claire Mantonya, whose last day with us is April 13, 2018.

Libby has worked to remove barriers and grow self‐advocacy for Utahns with disabilities through adaptive recreation, job coaching and many
years of advocacy programming, policy work and active engagement in systems changes for people with intellectual and developmental
disabilities. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas followed by a Master of Public
Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills and has given 16 years to public service. She is honored to be selected and looks forward to a long and meaningful career working toward improved inclusion of citizens with disabilities.
