Libby has worked with the public for nearly twenty years in adaptive recreation, job coaching and many years of advocacy programming, policy work and active engagement in systems changes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She received a Bachelor of Science, Recreation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas followed by a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills. In her free time, Libby enjoys spending time with her family, searching for the world's best tacos, traveling and being outdoors.

Julie joins the staff after a few years of spending time at home with her kids and nurturing her two nephews who are living with Autism. The disability community is close to her heart and she is excited to join the workforce after a few years of being a stay-at-home parent. Julie is empowered by the idea that "you must be the change you wish to see in the world." She works hard every day to make the world a brighter place for all people, especially those with disabilities and differences. When she is not at the office, Julie enjoys being outdoors, teaching real USA boxing, spending time with her partner Josh, and snuggling her two little ones, Julian and Jayci.

Eric Stoker is a former DD Council member and previously served as Vice-Chair. He is on the faculty of the Utah State Center for Persons with Disabilities LEND program and is an outstanding nationally recognized self-advocate and speaker. Eric is a medal winning Special Olympic basketball player and he knows everything about trains! He is the biggest Utes fan in Utah and he loves being the team manager of the Herriman High School basketball team.

Rickie earned her degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governor's University. She has worked within the disabilities field for nearly 15 years. Rickie enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones, and cooking.

Mary comes to us from Salt Lake County Vital Records. She has a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Public Health. In her free time Mary loves to travel, spending time in nature and doing aerial fitness.
